Founded in 1875 by the college's first president, David F. Bittle, the Society is the oldest student organization on campus. We have meetings almost every Thursday. Please see our Upcoming Events link for meeting dates and times. The society plans outings to historical sites, hosts films and speakers, and sponsors socials two or three times a year.
