Debate Forum, Iraq War Revisited Thurs. Nov. 14th - 7pm in Wortmann Ballroom

PAS sponsors 2 Debate forms per academic year at Roanoke College (one in the fall and one in the spring). The debates are about current issues facing the wold today, and feature a discussion panel of college professors and/or students. The audience is welcomed to participate in the debate and are allowed to direct questions to any of the panelists. The forums are open to the Roanoke College and the surrounding community of Salem and Roanoke.

PAS sponsors other smaller events throughout the year. For the 2004 presidential election, PAS sponsored a campus-wide voter registration drive as well as a mock presidental election for the RC Community on election day. We also hosted a lunch time talk for any student interested in continuing their education by applying to law school.
